Maddy Ullman is a disability in film consultant, advocate, and storyteller changing the narrative—on screen and behind the scenes. Adopted from Hong Kong and proudly based in Dallas, Texas, Maddy draws from lived experience with cerebral palsy and diabetes to champion visibility and truth in media. She’s worked with studios like Netflix, Warner Brothers, and Disney, most recently contributing to Wish, which features the first visibly disabled Asian-American character. Maddy is a voice for change, pushing the industry toward bold, authentic representation of disability in every frame.
